My name is Nikki Potter, and I am the Director of Safety at Rands Trucking. I have nearly nine years of experience in the transportation industry, including two years specifically in OTR transportation, and have worked in safety, operations, and dispatch. I have a true passion for the industry and tremendous respect for the work our drivers do every day. My goal is to be a trusted resource for our drivers, help keep them safe while they are on the road, and ensure they return home safely to their families when it is time for home time. Outside of work, I am the proud mother of four wonderful children, ranging in age from 1 to 14. Together, we enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, and just about anything outdoors. I also enjoy bowling and have participated in a bowling league for approximately 15 years. I am proud to be part of the Rands Trucking team and look forward to continuing to build strong relationships with our drivers while promoting a culture centered on safety, trust, and open communication.
